We identified pain points and areas for improvement in the basket and checkout experience for Games Workshop. Our focus was on enhancing functionality and visual appeal to deliver a seamless and enjoyable shopping journey for their customers. The outcome was a more user-friendly and efficient e-commerce platform that resulted in improved conversion rates and customer satisfaction.

We conducted a thorough analysis of the current basket and checkout experience for Games Workshop. Using this analysis, we reworked the experience to create optimized user flows. This involved creating wireframes and preparing screens for the UI team begin work

We designed the e-commerce platform for Games Workshop with strict consideration of relevant legislation, which resulted in the limitation of certain products such as spray paints and glue.
Additionally, we had to incorporate various product buying types, including limited quantity products and pre-orders, to ensure that the user experience was both compliant and intuitive.
By taking a careful and thoughtful approach, we delivered an e-commerce platform that successfully balanced legal requirements with user needs, resulting in a seamless and efficient shopping journey.
