Empower donors by integrating comprehensive statistics, impactful visuals, and interactive social features that stimulate user engagement.

We aimed to develop a platform that empowers donors by giving them visibility into the impact they make on the communities that need it the most. To achieve this, we set out to overcome the challenge of providing greater transparency than other charities. We incorporated detailed statistics and visually engaging elements to showcase the progress being made, and social features to encourage user interaction and feedback.

Our focus was on creating a user-friendly, intuitive platform that donors could use to see the impact of their donations and make informed decisions about where to direct their contributions.

Product Design

During the discovery phase of the project, we conducted comparative analysis of similar charity products to gain insights into the market. We then generated new ideas by mapping out concept pillars and evaluating each feature on an effort-impact scale. After this, we designed a visionary prototype that we tested with World Vision's existing donors to gather insights on its usability and potential. With these insights, we refined the features to ensure seamless functionality and optimal user experience.

User Experience

We utilized a comprehensive user experience (UX) approach to create a user-friendly and intuitive platform. Our process included mapping out the user flow, creating low-fidelity wireframes, conducting user testing, and refining the design based on feedback. This approach allowed us to create a platform that not only looks visually appealing but also provides a seamless user experience. Our final high-fidelity prototypes were used to test the platform's usability and ensure that it met the needs of our client's users.

Using impact data to connect donors to the causes they care about most.

Our design approach focused on creating visually engaging elements that drew users into the platform and provided a memorable user experience. We also made sure to incorporate elements that were specifically tailored to the causes our client's donors were most interested in, which helped to make the platform more relevant and engaging.

To provide greater transparency and build trust with our client's donors, we incorporated detailed impact data into the platform. This data showcased the progress being made by the organizations that World Vision supports, giving donors insight into how their contributions were making a difference in the lives of people around the world.
